After stopping in to this Agency many times on the way out of the liquor store, meeting the friendly agents who gave me the travel books I was needing we finally asked their help to book our holidays. We were more than satisfied on the professional, timely, detailed, and friendly way we were dealt with. Now after many years and many trips, both cruises and hotel stays we are still happy and even more impressed with this team of travel agents. When I have walked in and told them of our next destination and they looked at me and said "where?" that didn't stop them, they opened their computers, books and talked to their contacts and sent us on our dream vacation, we learned about San Andreas together. We have been miles away from home when the airline we were booked on to return home went bankrupt, we didn't know BUT our travel agent knew and rebooked us on another flight, that's beyond the call of duty. I have also dealt with Walnut Grove on a business basis, they have helped put together trips we used as prizes in our restaurant openings, and found their prices fair and the winners were pleased on the way they were handled when they called to organize their trips.
